ensembleOfDistricts.zip: Holds the 19,184 redistrictings used in the primary analysis.  The first coloumn corresponds to the 'combined ward,' and the second column refers to the district (1-99).  Combined wards are created from wards that are completely contained in another (or just have a single neighbor); such wards must always be in the same district as the ward containing them for the sake of contiguity, so we have not restricted the number of samplings via this combination.  A map from combined wards to the ward objectIDs is also found in this file.

CombinedWardsToWards.txt: The first entry of each row is the index of the combined ward, and the remaining entries are the ojectID of the wards comprising the combined ward.  ObjectIDs are taken from the WI shape file reported in the work.

VotingData: A repository that displays (1) fixed voting data from the shape file (electionResults-fixed.csv), along with the utilized interpolated vote counts.  We have also included interpolation errors when predicting vote counts outcomes of known wards with several other interpolation possibilities -- we selected interpolations with lower errors when chosing which interpolation scheme to use.
