CombinedWardsToWards.txt: The first entry of each row is the index of the combined ward, and the remaining entries are the ojectID of the wards comprising the combined ward. ObjectIDs are taken from the WI shape file reported in the work.
VotingData: A repository that displays (1) fixed voting data from the shape file (electionResults-fixed.csv), along with the utilized interpolated vote counts. We have also included interpolation errors when predicting vote counts outcomes of known wards with several other interpolation possibilities -- we selected interpolations with lower errors when chosing which interpolation scheme to use.
The file electionResults-fixed.csv also holds a column that describes how Wards are assigned to districts in ASMSIM; this column was created because ASM has incomplete data. Ward assignment was done by combination of enforcing contiguity of districts and by matching the visualized shapefiles with the map presented at https://maps.legis.wisconsin.gov
